Indian Christmas traditions

Today I am posting about a DLO I made on how in India they celebrate Christmas. 

I enjoyed creating this project because I was able to learn a little about geomtrey. I also liked learning new things about a different country. 

I found it hard to find out more information about The things they do on Christmas day though.

I hope you enjoy and learn something.

Fun fact: The red background I pt on my project actually symbolises purity, fertility and prosperity.

Fake News; I mean real News

Today I am  blog posting about, My media report on fake news.

This term for Cybersmart we have been learning about Media and what it is. For this task we had to create a Fake news report, and then we had to post it to our blog. 

I enjoyed this task and creating it it didn't take me very long but it was fun.

W.A.L.T. use curve on our devices, curve is when you trace the outline of a picture and you can color it I chose a Christmas tree and added decorations to  make it more exciting. I hope you like what I've done. I found it quite easy have you tried curve before?

W.A.L.T  Prepare for the Summer Learning Journey.  I have chosen to do a google drawing about soccer and I chose soccer because it is a popular sport in New Zealand and a few people like it. do you know any famous people who play soccer.

Scratch Junior

W.A.L.T prepare for the summer learning journey. Today we did a practice on how to use Scratch, scratch is like screen were its got animated characters and you can move them or you can design your own characters you can also change the background on Scratch and get the characters to say things. I would recommend using Scratch because it's really fun and it's not to hard and you can use your imagination. I'd give Scratch a 10 out of 10. So why don't you give it a try?

How to be a Private Information Ninja

Walt: create a project to tell people how to keep your personal stuff to yourself and what is private stuff. Me and my buddy Niamh made a video on how to keep your stuff private. We learnt what to keep private and what we shouldn't tell strangers and people we don't trust. Its important because people
 who find out your private information can hurt you or your family. That's why we made this video to teach you. Hope you enjoy the video.
