I listen'd to the sound of my mum telling me to wake up, I then remembered that it was the first time I would go to Hornby high and do Technology. The best part was the second school that was going there to do Technology was the school my friends went to. The first thing we did was go into a small room with another teacher for 40 minutes and we looked into science. For science the Teacher had a little electric machine so if you wanted to you stood in a circle and there were two people who were holding one metal peg each and then the rest of the class were holding hands, the teacher started to crank up the machine and then slowly electricity was flowing through one hand and into the other persons. Later on we walked down to Engineering and made a key ring out of acrylic, I loved doing this because I got to use new machines and I learnt about lots of different tools and how you can use them, although when we were doing this I found it really hard filing the shape and curving it and smoothing it out, but I tried. Something I would have done differently is I probably would have picked and easier shape but in the end it was good that I challenged myself.
