The Hungry sea and me, Day 1 activity 1

It is now the holidays and I have started the Summer Learning journey activities, My first activity was about a woman who sailed around the world using the Polynesian skill to navigate her in every direction. The task was to come up with ten items of food we would bring if we went sailing for three weeks with her. Here is the list of foods I would take. Please leave a comment and enjoy. I got the picture from explore.

  1. Kia ora Greer,

Well done on your first Summer Learning Journey blog post. I am really looking forward to reading more from you over the holidays.

I like the background you have used to create you poster. It really makes the post stand out to the reader.

You have come up with some great items to take on a long trip like the one in the activity. I like that you have thought about taking things that don't need to be in a fridge and last a long time so well done! Sandwiches is a great idea as they definitely fill you up. What would you put in your sandwiches?

If you could take anyone on your trip with you, who would it be?

Until next time, happy blogging :)

    1. Hi Emma,
Thank you for leaving a comment and I would probably fill my sandwich's with mayo tomato and capsicum so it last long, and I would definitely take my parents with me on my trip so we could experience the voyage together.
Kind regards and all the best,
      Greer
