Kia Ora Greer! My name is Nadia, I am from Hornby High School and I will be commenting on some of your next blog posts this summer! I am very pleased that instead of just writing words on a blog post, which can get pretty boring, you made a nice simple poster to showcase what you have done. I also like how you include why you would call yourself Riley. Nice choice of name! Do you know why you were named Greer in the end? I really like the image you created, adds a nice touch to the post. Next time, do you think you could maybe explain to your readers what the SLJ is so new readers can understand what your post is. I love your poster, but I think that if you included more images and little pops of colour here and there, it might draw more people to read your post. Just make sure that the font and colours you use are easy to read.
Fabulous job, Keep up the amazing work, you are doing great I hope to see a reply or two from you Until next time - Nadia :)
Hey Nadia, Thank you for commenting on my post, And My parents named me Greer in the end because they both liked the name and there was an actress named Greer and they thought she was a great actress so they named me Greer. And I will work on things in my next post. Kind regards Greer
Hey Greer My name is Amber I am from Wigram primary school. I think Riley is a great name, I think that would suit that name quiet well. If you want you could look my blog search this up on google. https://spsamberh.blogspot.com/ Thanks AMber:)
Congratulations on completing another Summer Learning Journey activity! I'm so pleased that you decided to take part in the programme - I really enjoy reading your posts. :)
I like Riley for a girl as well. It must be so hard for parents to decide on a name for their child. Did they tell you why they went with Greer instead of Riley?
While I'm here I just wanted to let you know that there's only a week left of the Summer Learning Journey. You shared some awesome work earlier in the programme but it looks like you haven't been as active in the last couple of weeks. I'd love to see a few more posts from you before the programme finishes next Friday (January 24th). Remember, the more activities you do, the more points you could earn! :)
Have a wonderful day, Greer. I do hope I'll be seeing some more SLJ posts from you soon.
Hi Greer, I think riley is a good name to. It would be hard for a parent to name their child but riley is good name. Good luck at your next post and I can't see them. Happy blogging Greer From Sara
To support my learning I ask you to comment as follows: 1. Something positive - something you like about what I have shared. 2. Thoughtful - A sentence to let us know you actually read/watched or listened to what I had to say 3. Something thoughtful - how have you connected with my learning? Give me some ideas for next time or ask me a question.
