Anzac biscuits

Today is the day before Anzac day, and for online school we were given activities to do for ANZAC, one of the activities was to make ANZAC biscuits and post them on your blog and explain how they were created. So ANZAC biscuits were first created in world war one and the first recipe was published in 1921. Later on people started putting coconut in them, and the new recipe came out in 1927. They were made because they were a treat for the soldiers and some soldiers described them as an energiser food and they could last a very long time. Here are some photos of my biscuits.
Please leave a comment.

This is before they were cooked.
And below is after they were cooked.

Yum! Great blog post. Thanks for adding in the recipe link and your photos.
Would you make them again and would you use the same recipe?
    Keep up your good work.
